A Student Movement

Universities and students constitute the basis for change. Working at the level of universities, EUforIA seeks to give students a movement of their own where they are directly responsible for their actions. We, as an organization, will provide students with information, material and know-how that helps them to become active for themselves as well as for EUforIA. We also encourage students to participate actively in movements and develop their creativity and enterprise. In doing so, we hope to lower student's inhibitions from making a first step towards becoming leaders for others.

Today s students will soon occupy important positions in businesses and politics where they will have to make decisions that have an impact on the world of tomorrow. Fostering awareness of the world s problems today will help our future leaders to make better and more responsible decisions tomorrow -decisions that help improve the living conditions in Europe and around the globe.

It goes without saying that, as a professional organization, EUforIA implements management and business standards within the association and is entirely transparent in its actions. We believe that such an approach is equally appealing to students, partners and donors.

The central organization of EUforIA worked out an intellectual framework that outlines the principles, purposes and ideas which guide our associated sub-groups in the individual countries. EUforIA coordinates all of its sub-groups to guarantee the harmony of their actions. This results in a coherent and united effort of European youth and increases the movement's efficiency.
