You have become active this year, joining an existing initiative or launching your own project? Often plenty of things do not work out the way they're supposed to or you discover fantastic opportunities only once it is already too late. Due to the great demand of past participants to our events, we have decided to organize a weekend to offer all those a platform who have become active and would like to share their newly acquired knowledge with others.

The goals of this extended weekend are to:

1. Jointly draw the right/constructive lessons from your failures and success

2. Exchange best practices

3. Define helpful guidelines for leaders of youth projects

4. Begin the new academic year with a great "splash"!
