We count on you!

The organization of a weekend like this implies more costs than you may imagine, as for example for the rooms, fair-trade food, flyers etc. Therefore we have to ask our participants/you for a contribution of fifty Swiss francs, which does of course not cover all our expenses (our generous sponsors do that for us and they insist that the participants contribute their part too) but allows us to cover a minimum of the event costs.

Why do we tell you this only now?

Because by no means, do we want financial reasons to prevent you from taking advantage of this amazing opportunity. Your participation is much more important for us than the money we may receive. Therefore we have a limited number of scholarships in order to allow everyone to participate. If you cannot pay, you will not pay. If you really need a scholarship, do not hesitate to indicate this in the application form! 

We also have a limited number of scholarships for your travel expenses if you are not coming from Berne. If you require one, please indicate it in the application form.

After registration you will receive a confirmation mail with the request to pay the fifty Swiss francs and instructions how you can do so easily . Please do this, even if the same mail tells you that you were granted a scholarship. In such a case we will refund the amount you paid directly at the event. Your registration is only valid after we have received your payment. Please understand that this is very important for the planning of the event and it helps us prevent cancellations on short notice.
