Project Management
This workshop is designed for beginners in the project management area - people who have good ideas, want to start a project but don’t have much experience in organizing activities.
It aims to offer the tools that will help you transform your ideas into success – you’ll learn the first steps for starting a project:
- how to fix objectives,
- what are the basic points,
- how to write a good agenda
- and how and where you should focus your energy.
Also, the information you’ll receive will help you to better estimate the type and the amount of resources you need when starting a new project – how many people, how many time and how much money will be necessary for realizing it?
This workshop will be separated in 2 parts: one theoretical (1,5h about organizing an activity) part and 1,5h of practice, where you’ll have the opportunity to be part of another manifestation, talk to people and do what was explained to you in the first part of the workshop.
People that will attend the workshop will receive a document for preparation before the event and are strongly suggested to read it before the workshop. The participants can apply only for the theoretical part or for both, theoretical and practical part. It is not possible only to attend the practical part of the workshop.
Attention: If you’re accepted for both parts you’ll only have one more workshop.
