Equilibrism - An alternative to market economy and socialism?

• Do we have to destroy our environment and ourselves so that the economy is thriving?
• In contrary, is a sustainable lifestyle leading to crisis in the present economic system?

Both, market economy and socialism are connected with the same destroyable enforcement to grow. Yet, there are only few people who tell us that the financial and economical crisis is not a shop-accident caused by mistakes of the system, but that the whole system is defective and is determined to fail. Why do so many people still doubt alternative models?

“Equilibrism” is a new socio-ecological economic system. A central characteristic is the bio-central instead of the anthropo-central justification. The concept of equilibrism aspires a balance between ecology, economy, politics, social and cultural affairs. Human beings have to use their intelligence to understand and respect the rules of nature, instead of seeing through and outsmart them since they are part of the nature as well.

This workshop aims at:

• Finding out more about the relation of ecology, economy, politics, social and cultural affairs and how these fields can be balanced 
• Providing you with a lot of possibilities for action. Although we are now in a bungle situation: it is not without alternatives! WE MUST CHANGE IT!
